If your property has suffered damage of $10,000 or more as a result of the recent fires in Los Angeles County, you are eligible for a reduction in your property taxes.

First Installment of Annual Secured Property Tax Bill Due
The first installment of real estate taxes becomes delinquent after 5:00 PM on December 10, 2009 (a postmark before midnight is considered timely).
Annual Mailing of Secured Property Tax Bills
Annual tax bills will be mailed on or before November 1st.
