Number. This website provides current year and delinquent secured tax information. Current
year is available between October 1 and June 30 only. Delinquent Secured Tax information is
available all year except during the month of July.

How much are my Unsecured taxes? and enter the year and bill number. This website provides
current year unsecured tax information and is available between March 1 and June 30
only. Delinquent Unsecured Tax information is only available by

- You will need your six digit PIN number that is located on the left hand side, just below the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Number on your original annual tax bill. This number is also printed on various payment notices issued by the Treasurer and Tax Collector. You must enter this number in order to continue with the processing of your property tax payment. If you do not have your PIN number, please email us at
ttcvcheck@ttc.lacounty.gov and we will send a copy of the original bill to the address of record. Please note, for security purposes, we cannot reveal your PIN number over the telephone. In addition to your PIN number you will need your Bank Account Information to complete and authorize the transaction.

- Follow the instructions on screen. That's it! It is that easy. You've got everything you need to pay the secured property tax online, conveniently, reliably, and securely. Please note: Vcheck is only available for payments on the secured tax roll. Unsecured taxes are not payable through the Vcheck System at this time.

Pay By Mail (Secured Property Tax) - Please enclose the payment
stub from your tax bill. If both secured bill installments are being paid, please include both
payment stubs. Do not attach staples, clips, tape or correspondence. Make your payment payable
to the Los Angeles County Tax Collector and mail to:

Pay By Mail (Unsecured Taxes) – Please enclose the payment stub from your bill and be
sure to include the year and bill number on your check. Please be careful since bill numbers change
every year. Do not attach staples, clips, tape or correspondence.

Pay In-Person – Cash or check payments can be made in person at 225 N. Hill Street, 1st Floor
Lobby, Los Angeles, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except government
holidays). Credit card payments are not accepted in person. Make your payment early to avoid long
lines at the cashier windows.
Credit Cards – Credit card payments (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa) are only
accepted over the telephone through a third party vendor who charges a fee to utilize this service.
To make a payment, call the toll-free telephone number (888) 473-0835. You will need your current
year tax bill and credit card to complete this transaction. Please retain the confirmation number
for future reference. (This payment option is not available for Unsecured Taxes)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Property tax bills of $50,000 and higher must be paid
electronically. Pre-registration is required. Call (213) 974-0996 for more information. (This payment
option is not available for Unsecured Taxes)
Home Banking and Bill Payment Service – To ensure proper credit, enter the 19-digit EFT
number (include the 13 digit ID#, 2-digit Year and 4 digit Sequence from your current tax bill)
followed by the number 1(1st installment), 2 (2nd installment) or 5(both). The EFT number changes
annually. Make sure the EFT Number you enter is the same number that is reflected on your
current tax bill.
